Returns & Refunds Policy

Damaged / Incorrect Goods

>Incorrect or damaged goods must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt via email to tunatackleuk@gmail.com

> When returning goods include a cover note detailing items, issue and action required along with contact details and order number

> Goods will be replaced, or a refund given as soon as possible with no cost to yourself.

> If returning goods via post, please obtain proof of postage as evidence of the items being posted.

> These goods will only be exchange or refunded if they have not been used or worn and are in their original undamaged packaging.

Unwanted Goods
> Any goods can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

> All goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

> Items can be returned for a refund or exchange.

> If returning goods via post, please obtain proof of postage as evidence of the items being posted.

> We do not offer refund of postage costs on unwanted goods.

> Please include a cover note with your returned items including your name, billing address and order number. Failure to do so may result in delays with replacing or refunding your items.
