Rupp's PATENTED Lok-Up's are an innovative locking pulley system that allows you to keep your outrigger clips, or teaser line perfectly positioned in your spread by eliminating "line creep" while trolling.  
 
Rupp Lok-Ups are compatible with a variety of halyard materials, they provide a firm grip on 400lb/500lb monofilament, 1/8" nylon rope, paracord and Dacron.  This patented design offers the ability to easily replace the internal locking components if needed.  Now with upgraded stainless steel pulley components to increase durability.
 
 
Available in single or double pulley versions and each unit is supplied with a 1/4" military grade bungee cord and snap swivel that allows the line to be tensioned easily.
 
Sold individually so for two outrigger poles you will need 2 pieces.
