How many times have you seen those tuna chasing gars and saury in pictures over the past few years?
 
Our Fish Skinz are a soft but durable stinger option that has done very very well in testing with a few people out there this season. At 12" in length and available in the choice of two colours these are certainly worth having rigged in the stinger bag for trips out chasing tuna.
 
The 8 holes on either flank along with the hollow belly creates an amazingly attractive bubble trail when towed and the short tail fin kicks at a quick rate catching a feeding tunas eye!  
 
Simple to rig due to the body flap so simply thread your chosen stinger line through the nose of the lure and then add your crimps and hook as desired.  Rig with either a Bristow or a Fudo Southern Tuna style hook in a 9/0 or 10/0 . We suggest a 2 or 4oz stinger olive be added above the hook which fits superbly inside the head allowing you to  fish it subsurface where it works to its most effective. 
 
Top tip...... the hole in the front of the lure is of a diameter to accommodate a crimp so play around with your crimps positions or use some wax rigging thread to whip around the nose securing it even better in position.
